Your first visit
Here is what to expect when you come in for the first time:
- The building is easy to find on Elm Grove Road. Look for Suite 8.
- Park in the lot right outside and come on in. No buzzer, no waiting room formalities.
- You will be greeted in a quiet, private space. No one else will see you come or go.
- Bring nothing except yourself. Water is available, and there are blankets if you want one.
- Your first session is about getting to know each other. There is no pressure to dive deep right away.
