Real help for real life

Every service I offer is built around one goal: helping you feel like yourself again. Here's how we can work together.

Individual Therapy

This is where most clients start. You and me, one session at a time, working through whatever is keeping you stuck. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches and tailor everything to what you actually need.

I don't do cookie-cutter therapy. Some sessions might be more structured, with CBT strategies and concrete tools. Other sessions might be about slowing down, processing, and giving yourself permission to feel things. We'll figure it out together.

What a session looks like

  1. We start by checking in. What's been on your mind? What happened this week? This is your time.
  2. We dig into what matters. Sometimes that means teaching a new skill. Sometimes it means processing something hard. I'll guide us where we need to go.
  3. We wrap up with a plan. You'll leave with something concrete, whether that's a new strategy, a different perspective, or just the relief of being heard.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is one of the most effective things I do. It's an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories, and it works fast. Most people see significant relief in one to five sessions.

Here's the part that surprises people: you don't have to tell me every detail of what happened. ART uses guided eye movements to help your brain change the way a memory is stored, so you can think about it without the pain, the panic, or the flashbacks.

How it works

ART combines talk therapy with guided lateral eye movements (similar to what happens during REM sleep). This helps your brain reprocess distressing memories and replace the negative images, sensations, and reactions with ones you choose. The memory stays. The distress goes away.
